Problem summary

• When trying to install MS Office Integration and DesktopSearch windows 64, we see the following error message:ENOVIA Collaboration for Microsoft requires Office 2007 orOffice 2010 including Primary Interop Assemblies. The Setupwill abort now. Install it and run this installation again.Error stack:Error code: Type: ERROR, Error: 1, Owner: 30aENOVIa Collaboration for Microsoft will not install on aclient machine that does not have the full Office 2007 or2010 product set.For this specific customer, Outllook is not in their productset, so they are unable to install MSF.

Problem conclusion

• This issue is no longer reproducible in V6R2012x.Installation checks have been modified to throw an error onlywhen none of the Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPointand Outlook) are installed.  This error will not occur if oneor more of the Office products are installed.
