Two ways to convert a Word document into a picture

In some cases, we don't need to have the customer see the original word, just allow the customer to see the screenshot of the Word document. So how can you quickly and efficiently convert a Word document or file into a picture? Here are two ways:

How to convert all or part of a word file to a picture:

(1) Open the file you want to convert to graphic format, click the Insert → Object command, and then select in the object type Drop-down list

(2) The word system automatically creates a new file in which you enter text that you want to convert to a graphic (which you can do by using the copy → paste operation), and then close the File window when you have finished typing.

(3) In the original file window you can see a picture, copy the picture and paste it into the attachment of the "paint", and then save the format you need.

After note: In fact, the screenshot method is more simple yes, after the screenshot directly saved as a picture on the line.

How to convert a Word file to a picture:

First, install the Microsoftofficedocumentimagewriter virtual printer on the computer!

Open the Word file you want to convert in Word.

Third, print the document. Select the Microsoftofficedocumentimagewriter printer in the Print option and choose to print to the file.
