This article is based on my personal notebook, detailed configuration See "The configuration of the book"

First, adjust the brightness
This ubuntu also does not make what is going on, I this computer default incredibly can not through fn+ brightness key to adjust, or the default maximum brightness, really bright blind my dog eye.
Check some information, multi-practice, the following treatment method is more suitable for me, the most important reference article see the end:
1, open the terminal, enter:
sudo gedit/etc/default/grub
2, the grub_cmdline_linux= "" changed to grub_cmdline_linux= "Acpi_osi=linux Acpi_backlight=vendor", such as the last line of drawings 1.

3. Save document (Ctrl+s)
4, return to the terminal, enter:
sudo update-grub
sudo reboot
Restart to take effect.
Second, the switch machine to maintain the brightness unchanged
After completing step one, we will find that although we can adjust the brightness, but after each reboot, the brightness will still change back to the brightest or darkest (see Personal computer situation). Is there any way to save the brightness of the shutdown before every time?
A lot of tutorials have been looked at, basically adding echo luminance values >/sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness to/etc/rc.local. This will not be the brightest or darkest, but it still cannot save our brightness.
I did not find a way to change the configuration, but found a trick: The notebook is not connected to the power supply, adjust the brightness and restart, the brightness value before the shutdown can be saved.
If this approach can be inspired, it is also a question for seniors to figure out how to preserve brightness.
