Ubuntu install Sogou Pinyin and Jinshan fast plate

Sogou Pinyin and Jinshan fast plate is a special Chinese application in Ubuntukylin, installed in Ubuntu or Ubuntukylin by the following methods.

First, update Fcitx

1, because the Ubuntu 12.04 comes with the small Penguin Input method FCITX version older, install Sogou pinyin need to update fcitx, need to upgrade through the PPA before installing the downloaded Deb package
$sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fcitx-team/nightly
$sudo apt-get Update
$sudo Apt-get Install FCITX

Note: This step is not required for Ubuntu 14.04.

Second, install Sogou Pinyin and Jinshan fast disk method One: Download installation package Installation

1. Download
Download the latest installation package from Sogou official website http://pinyin.sogou.com/linux/
Download the Quick install package from the Ubuntukylin website http://archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006/ubuntukylin/pool/main/k/kuaipan4uk/kuaipan4uk_2.0.0.5_i386.deb

2. Installation
$sudo dpkg-i sogoupinyin_1.2.0.0056_i386
$sudo dpkg-i Kuaipan4uk_2.0.0.5_i386.deb

Method Two: Install from the Ubuntukylin source

1. Add Source
$sudo sh-c ' echo ' Deb Http://archive.ubuntukylin.com:10006/ubuntukylin trusty main ">/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ Ubuntukylin.list '
$sudo apt-get Update

2. Installation
$sudo Apt-get Install Sogoupinyin
$sudo Apt-get Install Kuaipan4uk

The above tests were passed on Ubuntu 12.04.
