Ubuntu using sudo apt-get update appears to be configured multiple times resulting in an inability to upgrade error resolution

This Saturday weekend in the thinking of upgrading their own GPU development machine, in the use of Docker to press the TensorFlow environment, when upgrading the software, the following error occurred

Configured multiple times in/etc/apt/sources.list.d/sogoupinyin.list:1 and/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntukylin.list:1

Why the error occurred:
1. Packet conflict, resulting in the inability to configure, we delete the Sogoupinyin.list file can be. So the problem is solved.
