First use the Internet to download the machine: zlib-1.2.5.tar.bz2, openssh-5.6p1.tar.gz, Openssl-0.9.8o.tar.tar, Next, ready to install.
The steps are as follows:
1, first decompression installation ZLIB:TAR-XF zlib-1.2.5.tar.bz2, will be generated in the current directory zlib directory. Go to the Zlib directory, then./configure, make make install, all the way down, without error prompts, the installation succeeds.

Workaround: Open/usr/bin/pod2man This configuration file to see if you can comment out the 71st line in the compilation with the # comment
3, re-install Openssh-server. Step above. In the last step error: Privilege separation user sshd does not exist resolved: added in/etc/passwd: sshd:x:74:74:privilege-separated ssh:/var/emp Ty/sshd:/sbin/nologin again make install to compile the installation successfully.
4, start SSH. SSH is installed by default in the/usr/local/sbin/directory, using/usr/local/sbin/sshd to start the SSH service, which listens to port 22 by default.
5. Check if the SSH service is started:
netstat-tnlp| grep:
Finally, if Ubuntu restarts, the sshd will not boot up by default, so add boot-up
sudo vi/etc/rc.local
Before exit 0, add a line:
/usr/local/sbin/sshd
