Ubuntu15.10 install Wine1.8 stable edition through the official PPA

1. for 64-bit systems, you need to enable 32-bit architecture support:

2. Add Wine official PPA:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: wine/wine-builds

3. After PPA is added, refresh the package cache before installing Wine 1.8:

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get install -- install-recommends winehq-devel

If you have an earlier version of Wine installed, it will be automatically replaced and updated when you execute the above command.

4. After the installation is complete, run the following command to initialize the Wine 1.8 Configuration:

Winecfg
