-Youcompleteme exact words: On Ubuntu 16.04, Python support is not working due to enabling both Python2 and Python3. Read answer by Chirinosky for workaround.

-Workaround: Select only Python3 support at compile time, or select Python2 support only.

Reason:

1. Debian prohibits the simultaneous loading of libpython2 and libpython3 libraries in the same process

2. Debian does not like the mechanism of Python dynamically loading libraries (Python-dyn this)
