Microsoft®The Exchange Server 2007 installer cannot proceed.

The Exchange 2007 installer requires that data can be read from the Microsoft Internet Information Service (IIS) metadatabase when the mailbox server or client access role is installed.

The IIS metadatabase includes information that affects Microsoft Exchange, such as HTTP protocol settings, virtual directories accessed by mailboxes and mobile devices, and HTTP security settings.

To solve this problem, verify that IIS is correctly installed and then run the Microsoft Exchange installer again.
