This is a compilation error. When the ADT compiler differs from the SDK tool or the version is inconsistent, a problem often occurs. The solution is as follows:

Step 1: Updated eclipse (Help-> check for updates)

Part 2: Upgrade the SDK tools and platform-Tools

Part 2: Go to eclipse-> Project-> remove automatic build (build automatically)-> select clear-> build project-> Enable Automatic Build (build automatically)
