Unable to connect to Remote Desktop

User through "start" → "All Programs" → "attachment" → "Communications" → "Remote Desktop Connection", open "Remote Desktop Connection", enter the host name or IP, can not connect Remote Desktop.

This problem should be examined in the following areas.

1. Check that the host name or IP address you entered is correct.

2. A remote computer may be busy, unable to respond to the connection, and can reconnect later.

3. Remote computer does not allow Remote Desktop Connection, you can right-click My Computer, select Properties, open the System Properties dialog box, switch to remote, and select Allow Remote Assistance invitations from this computer and allow users to connect remotely to this computer.
