Unable to log on after dotproject installation is complete

After the dotproject installation is complete, you cannot log on to the dotproject under win7. there is no problem in the installation process. in the last step, you can log on to and configure it with admin passwd, check that the user table in the database also has admin and md5-encrypted passwd. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
