Unable to register tabctl32.ocx parts in win7

 
First, you must first disable UAC (User Account Control) of WIN7, open the control panel, find the user account, and enter. On the left side of the home page, you must change the notification settings, pull the slider to the bottom and restart the system.
Download TABCTL32.OCX from the Internet and decompress it to c: \ windows \ system32.
 
Click Start> Appendix> command prompt (right-click "Run as administrator") and enter regsvr32 TABCTL32.OCX
After successful registration, open UAC.
I do not recommend disabling the UAC function of Windows 7. The difference between Windows 7 and xp lies in UAC. After you close the service, the system security will be greatly affected.
