First, the details of the question:

in the Windows in Server Manager, start manually Oracleoradb11g_home1tnslistener An error occurred while servicing.

error message: Unable to start Oracleoradb10g_home1tnslistener Service, Error 3 : The system cannot find the specified path. View the service properties and find that the executable path is empty.

Second, the solution:

打开注册表编辑器（win+R——regedit.exe回车运行），找到
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener项，
看下面是否有ImagePath键值，如果没有则新建"字符串值（S）"，类型为REG_SZ，值为：C:\AppData\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN\TNSLSNR.EXE
     然后刷新服务管理器，重新启动。
