Unzip RAR in Ubuntu

Ubuntu12.04 by default, files in rar format cannot be compressed.

However, many of our commonly used files are stored in rar compression format. So

To better use Ubuntu, we need to add some plug-ins by ourselves.

First install unrar

Input in Shell

Apt-Get install unrar

Apt-Get install RAR this is the compression of the installation rarfile

Next, you can enter

RAR -- help will have a long introduction and many of the commands we usually use.

Use -? Parameters can be used to view help information. The X parameter is used to extract files, the t parameter is used to test whether the files are damaged, and the L parameter is used to list files.

Unrar -? <= Get help

Unrar x <rar-File> <= decompress the file

Unrar T <rar-File> <= test file

Unrar L <rar-File> <= List objects
