Updating a ListView cell in a C # thread causes flicker problems to be resolved

Threads are required to process some transactions in the project. Processing results (proportions that have been processed) are displayed at any time in a region of the ListView.

Because the thread is looping faster, the updated cells and even the rows are flashing.

Later, considering that the integer part of the thread count may not change very quickly, the refresh value of the thread is compared to the existing value in the cell and then updated.

After doing this detail, the flashing phenomenon is actually much better.

It is not an intentional insertion of willow Willow Shady Bar.
