The ANR-WatchDog implementation principle is as follows:

ANR-WatchDog creates a monitoring thread that continuously posts a task to the UI thread, and then sleeps for a fixed time. After the thread is restarted, it checks whether the previous post task has been executed, if the task is not executed, an ANRError is generated and the process is terminated.
