Make sure that your webcam is properly connected to your computer and is turned on.
Click Start > All Programs >adobe>adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 launch
The window is divided into two regions: the input and output areas.
Three views: Input video, Output video, and audio are freely controlled.
The Preset has a common preset mode. If there is no fit, you can change the parameters to satisfy you.
You are free to select video and audio devices in the Driver.
Adjust the appropriate video size by using input size and crop.
Use the Volume slider to adjust the volume level of the microphone.
Multi-bitrate rate setting, the award live stream is encoded as multiple devices, capable of running at different bitrate of the streaming device.
At the bottom of the window, you will see the total bitrate, the sum of the audio and video bit rates.

In the output area, remove stream to Flash Media Server.
Tick save to File and click Browse to open the Save dialog box.
Save the media file to disk.
Click the Green start to start recording.
When you start recording, the panel switches to encodeing Log to display real-time information.
This is to be able to wave in front of the camera, to record a beautiful dance.
You can click Stop to end the recording at any time during recording.
You can also turn off the FMLE and exit the software at any time.
Recording the end of the video you can play, see it, is not very magical.

Flash Media Live Encoder video Live settings
You can choose Presets, or you can customize
If you want only one video stream, cancel the audio recording.
Tick a bit rate, in fact I prefer to record different sizes and bits at the same time
Tick stream to Flash Media Server in the output area.
If you do not want to record the video at the same time, cancel save to File.
FMS url:rtmp://localhost/live
Stream: The name of the input stream file, if recorded in a multi-bit stream, the%i suffix must be added here, i.e.: filename%i
Confirm that the Flash Media Server service is started. Connect to FMS by clicking Connect

Click preview> Play video to start browsing live video.
If you close the stream, go back to FMLE and click Stop to stop.
