Use ExMerge to extract emails from damaged mailbox Storage

If the mailbox storage is damaged, you can use ExMerge to restore all the data that has not been damaged. If you can start the information storage service, you can run ExMerge.exe for the damaged mailbox storage. ExMerge can copy and transmit the intact data of all users on the damaged mailbox storage to the personal folder (. pst) file. After running ExMerge, You can reset the "Information Storage" service and import the. pst file to the intact mailbox storage zone.
Even if some mailbox folders contain corrupted emails, you can use ExMerge to restore all uncorrupted data. In general, ExMerge extracts all emails from the mailbox folder to minimize the amount of Remote Call (RPC) communication. However, if an error is caused by a specific email, ExMerge will automatically skip the email and start to copy the emails in the folder one by one. Although the process of copying messages one by one increases the amount of network communication, this process helps ExMerge ignore corrupted data. After ExMerge copies each email in the email folder that contains damaged emails one by one, the tool restores the original working method to copy emails in other email folders until another error occurs.
