Use fixedsys and tahoma fonts in Windows 7

I used to use the fixedsys font in vc6, but this font was not found in the font Setting dialog box in my notepad and ue !!
In the control panel, I clicked here and finally found this thing:

Originally, in order to solve the problem that too many fonts affect the speed, Windows 7 will automatically hide fonts not applicable to the input language based on your system language. However, it is unclear why the fixedsys and tahoma fonts are hidden, because they can still be used normally after being displayed.
