Use 3DS Max to create chess board effect

I. Drawing of Entities

1. Start 3dmax9.0, click the Geometry button in the Create Command panel, select the standard base item in the Drop-down list, click the "Flat" button, drag a planar Plane01 from the top view, and adjust its parameters, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Click the Graphics button in the Create Command panel, select the "Spline" item in the Drop-down list, click the Rectangle button, draw a rectangular Rectangle01 in the top view, and modify its parameter values, as shown in Figure 2.

Tips: First, the Plane01 to draw, the size of the determination, and then the Plane01 hidden, easy to operate later.
