First install:
Sudo apt-get install NTFS-3G ntfs-config.
Configure it again:
Sudo ntfs-config
Then a dialog box will pop up, select the partition you want to mount, click the application, and then select "enable internal device write support.
To manually mount Windows partitions on ubuntu, follow these steps:
Edit the/etc/fstab file $ sudo gedit/etc/fstab. The geidt text editing box is displayed. Add the following content to the end of the file:
1. Run the FDISK command to check the disk UUID.
$ Sudo fdisk-l
/Dev/sda1*1 851 6835626 83 Linux
/Dev/sda2 852 4039 25607610 f W95 Ext 'd (LBA)
/Dev/sda5 945 2135 9566676 7 HPFS/NTFS
/Dev/sda6 2136 4039 15293848 + 7 HPFS/NTFS
2. Add the following content to the NTFS partition. Restart the partition to automatically mount the NTFS partition.
/Dev/sda6/media/my NTFS-3G ULTS ults, locale = zh_CN.UTF-8 0 0
/Dev/sda5/media/tools NTFS-3G defaults, locale = zh_CN.UTF-8 0 0
Using ntfs-config is a silly setting method than modifying/etc/fstab. However, it is necessary to study the configuration of/etc/fstab.
When sudo ntfs-config is started, some minor issues may occur:
Solution: change mkdir to makedirs in line 3 of sudo emacs-q/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/NtfsConfig. py.
