Use python code for configure files-Python tutorial

In lua, I have been using lua as a config file or a file that carries data-the advantage is that lua itself is well read and does not need to write extra parsing code, it also supports reading environment variables and condition judgment in configure files, which is convenient and powerful! (Implemented through loadfile and setfenv in lua)

Python can also:
