Use ntbackup and Windows Task Plan for automatic backup

My company's design department has more than 10 computers, all of which use autocad2004 to design drawings. Therefore, the safety of drawing materials is very important. After a period of study and exploration, I found that the ntbackup and "Task Plan" provided by windows can be used to automatically back up drawings and materials. In step 2, how does Windows know which files are newly generated and which files are modified after the last backup. In fact, there is a very important but rarely used attribute in the file attributes of windows, that is, the archive attribute, that is, the attribute. When a new file is created, the attribute is automatically added to the file. Once the file is backed up, the attribute is removed, if the file with the attribute removed after the backup is modified, the attribute will be added after the file is modified. Therefore, Windows Incremental Backup uses the attribute of a file to determine whether a file is created or modified, and determines whether to back up the file. We may use two methods to check whether a file has the attribute:

1. The attrib.exe command is used in the command prompt to check whether the attribute of the 11.txt file is available, for example, attrib 11.txt.

2. Right-click the 11.txt file, select "properties", and click "advanced". Check whether the check box before "archive files" is checked. If yes, the file has a property, if not checked, the file does not have the attribute.
