b:172.16.0.0172.31.255.255 172.16.0.0/12
c:192.168.0.0192.168.255.255 192.168.0.0/16


The socket structure in the C language is as follows

Where the IP address field is SIN_ADDR, when you select an IP address of type IPV4, Sin_addr is a 4-byte number for a network byte order.
