Use Thunderbird + davmail workstation to access exchange instead of Outlook

Other default settings. You do not need to enter your username and password here, which is set in Thunderbird.

3. Install Thunderbird

Use the Ubuntu Software Center for installation.

4. Configure Thunderbird

Start Thunderbird and create an existing email account.

Username: enter your account on the Exchange Server. According to the Exchange Server version, this form is sometimes used: domain name \ Username
