Final effect

1, open the original material, the background layer to copy a layer. Create a new layer on the background layer fill the dark green for easy observation.

2, implementation: Image > Adjustment > Reverse operation.

3, the implementation: select > Color Range, in the pop-up window to set the tolerance to 118. Other parameters are set as shown below. Then use the customary selection of the white position. Make sure you get the selections you want.

Keep the selection and copy the background layer one more layer.

4, the copied layer press CTRL + Shift +] top.

5, we add layer mask to this layer, you can get the hair section, the effect of the following figure.

6, we copy a background layer. Use the Lasso tool to hook up the approximate body area, as shown below.
