Using MySQL for paging queries

Source: Internet
Author: User

Implementing paged Query statements in MySQL:

Define the variables required for paging

int pagenow=2;//Current Page
int pagesize=3;//Specifies that 3 records are displayed per page
int pagecount=1;//The value is calculated
int rowcount=1;//Indicates how many records are in the database.

。。。

Ps=ct.preparestatement ("SELECT * from Users LIMIT" + (pageNow-1) *pagesize+ ", 3");

。。。

Note: The variable cannot be used in the limit sentence, as the following is the wrong statement:

SELECT * from Users LIMIT (pageNow-1) *pagesize, 3

Correct as follows:

SELECT * from Users LIMIT "+ (pageNow-1) *pagesize+", 3
