Using the Telnet service

1 Open the service-side service

"Add features" found in "Server Management".

Select the "Telnet Server", "Telnet client" you want to add, and click the mouse to complete the configuration.

In the service management inside the corresponding configuration.

2 Add in Win7 client host "Telnet Client Tools"

In the Control Panel, locate the "Turn winedows feature on or off" and select "Telnet client" to complete the installation.

3 Test Connection

Command line, enter "Telnet". Connect to the server "O ora_03". Enter the letter "Y".

Prompt to enter a user name, password. The password is not displayed.

Verify that the login is currently successful. Enter the appropriate command. (Show current IP address can also prove login success)

Enter the following command to view the current host name and the MAC address.
