Using the Win7 power Efficiency analysis tool to find out the big electricity consumers

People who go out often have to take a laptop and work anywhere they want. To turn on the Power efficiency analysis tool, we need to open the Command window as an administrator. Open Start-All Programs-attachments, right-click Command prompt, and select Run as Administrator.
