Using WPS to demonstrate the production of English audio books

2. Use the audio tool to generate voice files.

According to the need to choose the appropriate reading engine, the dialogue section can alternately choose male and female two kinds of voice.

Select the first line of English, in the text out of the audio toolbar at the far right to read aloud settings drop-down list box, select the selected output WAV voice (Figure 1).

In the pop-up dialog box, set the file name and storage location of the voice file (Figure 2).

In the same way, the other lines are output as voice files.

3, put the document and voice files in the same folder.

4. Open the document, select the first line, insert the hyperlink, and link to the corresponding sound file (Figure 3).

6, according to personal preferences, you can remove the underline under the text.

7, when the cursor is moved to the text, press the CTRL key as prompted and click to hear aloud.

Note: The sound at this time is provided by the linked sound file. Copy the folder that contains the document and the corresponding sound file to any computer you want to use!

8, such as the need to read aloud the whole text of the voice file, can be in the Audio toolbar at the far right of reading aloud settings drop-down list box, select "Full-text output wav Voice", save, use the same method.

Second, the production of presentation points.

1. Paste the text into the slides in turn.

2. Perform "insert" → "movie and Sound" → "sound in file", insert sound one by one into the slide, and move to the corresponding text row (Figure 4, Figure 5).
