Although vagrant up error, but vagrant SSH can still log on to the virtual machine, after entering the virtual machine, execute the following command
sudo rm-f/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
Yes, the problem is that the persistent network device Udev rules (persistent) are set up by the original VM, and the rules need to be updated when the new VM is generated by box. This conflicts with the instructions in Vagrantfile to set the private network for the new VM. Delete it just fine.
