Novell said, "The new project is designed to respond to the increasing demand for help from users, because they are operating from existing third-party versions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS, it is difficult to migrate to SUSE Linux Enterprise Server." I have used Novell and Red Hat. Frankly speaking, they are all great. I cannot say which one is better. Sorry, Novell and Red Hat do better than Oracle Linux support team. One thing Novell does better than Red Hat is that with Novell's cooperation with Microsoft, Novell SLES is able to work with Windows Server 2003,200 8 and such as AD (Active Directory) and other related server/network services.
