Wrote a client and server. The server listens on the 10000 port that is given in the sample. Found in my Windows 7 environment did not follow the results of the example print out Hello world on the server side. Feel puzzled. Later think is not the port number is occupied, sure enough 10000 port is

The PID 2032 process is occupied.

So, I changed the port on the server side. You can use it.

View ports can be used Netstat-aon | findstr [Port_number].
