View the PID value of the IIS Site application pool

Windows2000 Server:

Set the application protection of the site to high. The default value is medium.

Then open the management tool> component management, component service> Computer-my computer-com + application.
Select View> status to view the display similar to the following:
Name run PID
IIS-{www.itlearner.com//Root} is 2544

When the application protection is high, resource consumption is high. We recommend that you set it only when you need to view it. Remember to restore it after viewing it.

Windows2003 Server:

In Win2003, a command is provided for convenient viewing.
Cmd-> iisapp-a display
W3WP.exe PID: 1264 AppPoolID: hx
W3WP.exe PID: 3116 AppPoolID: hx_2
W3WP.exe PID: 3952 AppPoolID: DefaultAppPool

With the site PID value, you can view the memory and CPU occupied by the corresponding PID value in the Task Manager process. However, the task manager does not display the PID value by default. You need to select "PID" in the view-> Select column to see it.
