Host is XP, dual network card, one connected to the Internet, the other connected to the internal production network, by pulling back and forth the network cable, to switch between different networks (not allowed to connect two networks). The Internet-connected network card is Realtek Rtl8169,ip is the 192.168.1.88, Internet via a broadband router. Two virtual machines were built on the VMware Workstation8, one XP and one Linux. When a virtual machine uses NAT or host-only+ to share an Internet connection, it is able to surf the internet, but it does not use a bridging method. 2, the second suspicion is the cause of broadband road, so the host to the production network to test, is not. The reason for the broadband router can be ruled out.

3, carefully check the setting of the various settings, have not found the problem. In addition, in my home computer with the same settings, the virtual machine on the Internet is no problem, so the settings should be no errors.

4, serious analysis: When the virtual machine adopts the automatic acquisition of IP (Broadband router 192.168.1.1 provides DHCP service), can obtain the IP, and the broadband router can detect the IP of the virtual machine. In addition, the IP of the virtual machine directly pings from the host 192.168.88 can ping each other. These all show that the bridge network card is not a problem, the network is also through, but the virtual machine and the other hosts within the LAN (including Gateway 192.168.1.1) between the ping, let alone ping Baidu and other sites.

5, check the firewall settings, but also did not find the problem; simply shut down the host and the virtual machine's firewall, also does not solve the problem.

6, so from the Internet search for the solution to this problem. One of the articles mentioned that the bridge network card and the actual network card name differences, resulting in the inability to surf the internet. I also carefully checked the network settings in VMware, bridging the NIC Realtek RTL8169 back there are shareshield filter words, suddenly think is not installed the reason for sharing the aegis of it? A few years ago, CRC was always restricting access to multiple computers on a broadband account. In order to crack this limit, the shared Aegis is installed. Now, there is no limit, but the software has not been uninstalled. Think of it and immediately uninstall the shared Aegis. One more try and the problem is solved. I did not expect that all this is to share the scourge of God Shield!
