Installation failures may occur when you install VS2013, typically because the installation package is incomplete and lacks the appropriate components. It is also possible that the installation cache did not clear after the package failed and the installation failed again.
First, in the boot debugging times wrong
Visual Studio 2013, although the integration installed IIS Express 8.0, but did not install WebMatrix, the first problem is caused by this reason.

2. Select the latest version of WebMatrix 3.0 in the component list, and the IIS Express debugging project can be used normally after the installation reboot.
Second, in the Boot debugging process error
Error message: "Cannot find debug information for" XXX.exe, or debug information does not match. Unable to find or open the PDB file.
Solution:
1, click the "Debug" button in the menu bar
2, then select "Options and Settings"--or select the tool---------------"debug"
3. Enable source server support on right hook
[Object Object]
4. Select the symbol option on the left

6, run the time will be downloaded from the Microsoft symbol! Download complete to run debugging.
III. reference assemblies inconsistent with configuration files
Error description: Failed to load file or assembly "SYSTEM.WEB.MVC" or one of its dependencies. The found assembly manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. SYSTEM.WEB.MVC, the version=4.0.0.0 version is higher than the referenced assembly SYSTEM.WEB.MVC, version=3.0.0.0. Either the file or assembly "SYSTEM.WEB.MVC, version=2.0.0.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=31bf3856ad364e35" or one of its dependencies could not be loaded. The system could not find the specified file.
Solution: These problems are due to the fact that the referenced assembly cannot be found or that the referenced assembly is inconsistent with the version of the configuration item in the configuration file. Add the correct version of the assembly reference, or modify the configuration items in the configuration file to match the referenced assembly version.
