VS2015 compile-time error list without errors, DLLs are not generated

Recently found a problem with vs2015, compile, Error List error, DLL is not generated, vs restart is not valid

Solution :

Multiple troubleshooting found If a class library is set to the framework version 4.0, but reference the other class library of framework4.5, this will happen, to change the current class library to 4.5 or higher, the problem is resolved

The Output window will actually print out the problem "error CS0246 .... Because it is aimed at ". netframework,version=v4.5.2 "Framework generated. The framework version is higher than the current target frame. Netframework,version=v4.0 ".

But vs will definitely put this type of problem on the wrong list, and it's no problem to test 2010.

reason :

Then change the previous class library to framework2.0 in vs2015, and the problem is listed in the Error list.

Then change the class library to framework4.0, the problem will still be listed in the problem list, it is estimated that a bug or an exception caused by vs2015, not mandatory.
