Wampserver Service failed to start (Port conflict issue)

Wampserver service can not start, after installing Wampserver, wampserver display is the red icon, turn off the original computer

After the MySQL service, the restart is shown by the yellow icon, after viewing the next MySQL server, found that MySQL can be used normally, but

Apach server is not started, after clicking on the Start/resume Service or unable to start, this should be a port conflict problem, so that

with Netstat-ano looks at the PID value that takes up the port, and then finds the application for that PID under the process, and discovers that the IIS service is consuming the port

, in enabling or shutting down the IIS service under Windows, restart is possible.
