After wampserver2.1 is installed, the following error is prompted: cocould not execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] cocould not perform service action service not started

Error cause:

Port 08 is occupied (because the default port is 80 after wampserver is installed)

Solution:

Open httpd. conf under Apach, find "Listen 80", change 80 to 8080 (or other ports), change it to 8011, and the server starts normally.
