ways to add special effects to a picture in a PowerPoint 2013 slide
1, Start PowerPoint 2013 and open the document, the picture on the slide has been deleted background processing, as shown in Figure 1.

2, select the picture, on the Picture Tools-Format tab, in the Picture Styles group, click the Format Picture button to open the Format Picture pane, click the Effects button to expand the art effects settings bar, select the art effect you want to use in the art effects list, and select the copy effect here. As shown in Figure 2. Then drag the transparency and detail sliders to adjust the shadow effect, as shown in Figure 3.

3, in the Format picture pane, click the Picture button, expand the picture Correction settings bar, set sharpness in the sharpen/soften column, and adjust the brightness and contrast of the picture in the Brightness/Contrast column, as shown in Figure 4.

4, expand the "Picture Color" Settings bar, select a preset tint from the preset drop-down list in the Recolor column to apply it to the picture, as shown in Figure 5, and then drag the saturation and temperature sliders to adjust the picture's saturation and color temperature appropriately, as shown in Figure 6. When you finish setting up, the picture on the slide looks like the effect shown in Figure 7.

Attention
Right-click the picture on the slide and choose Save as Picture in the shortcut menu to open the Save as Picture dialog box, where you can set the location of the picture and the type of picture. This allows you to save pictures on your slides, and also to change the format of your picture files.
