WEB Application project MvcApplication1 has been configured to use IIS. To access the local IIS Web site, you must run Visual Studio in the context of the Administrator account. Additionally, the following IIS components must be installed: ASP.

Solution:

1. Right click on the item and edit mvcapplication1.csproj.

2. Locate the <UseIIS> node and change the value to False

3. Reload the project to
