When you open a webpage with an image, you may sometimes see this situation: when you point to different parts of the image, you can open different hyperlinks. This technology is called the webpage Image hot zone.
The following uses Dreamweaver MX and FrontPage 2003 as an example to describe how to create a webpage image hotspot.
Example: place the mouse in the Chongqing area and you can see that the mouse turns into a small hand. You can click
1. Create a heat zone for the image in Dreamweaver MX
1. Start Dreamweaver MX (for other versions, follow these steps), open the webpage file for creating an image hotspot, and select the corresponding image, in this case, the "attribute" panel is automatically switched to the "image attribute" status (as shown in Figure 1 ).
2. Select a hot zone type (for example, "elliptical") and drag it out of the heat zone (see figure 1)
