Button | Page Fourth: PLASTIC press button

This button is not lost at all just the Mac button we introduced, although the method is somewhat similar, but the texture is stronger. If you are not satisfied with a method of making transparent buttons, this will not disappoint you.

1. Needless to say, the first step is still to create a white background document with RGB mode. Reset and flip the color swatch, with white as the foreground color, create a new layer, select the Rounded Rectangle tool, click the dropdown triangle on the toolbar, open the Geometry option, set the rectangle to a fixed size in the fillet rectangle option, 98x28 pixels, and then set the fillet radius to 3 pixels, and select anti-aliasing. Once set, click on the background with the mouse, the rounded rectangle will appear as a wireframe, drag before releasing the mouse, and position the rectangle as shown in Figure 16. While the image changes are not visible, we have noticed the change in layer 1 on the layers panel.

2. Double-click the layer, into the layer style, in order to make our button clear display, we first select stroke style, set stroke size of 1 pixels, position in the interior, blending mode for normal, opacity is 62%, stroke color rgb (58,58,58);

We use the gradient overlay style to add a basic gradient to the button: Blending mode is normal, opacity is set to 15%, fade to default black to white, but to choose the reverse, the position of the black color is moved from 0% to 40%, the style is linear, the selection is aligned with the layer, the angle is 90 degrees, and the zoom is 60%, As shown in Figure 17.

3. Below, we add three-dimensional icing to the button, select the bevel and Emboss, the style chooses the inner bevel, the method is smooth, the depth is 1000%, the direction is above, the size is 2 pixel, softens to 3 pixel, the shadow angle is 84 degrees, cancels the global light, the height is 34 degrees, maintains the high light and the darkened value invariable, Reduce darkened opacity to 16% only. (Figure 18)

4. The next step is crucial, and we want to add a gloss effect to the button in this step. This time we use a more specific method--the inner shadow style. Select the inner shadow in the list of styles, set the blending mode to normal, the color is white, the opacity is 65%, the angle is set to 90 degrees, the distance is 13 pixels, the blocking and the size are 0, then the contour is modified, the default contours are dragged, and the ends of the mapping curve are drag. Change them from top to bottom, as shown in Fig. 19a, so that our vision will reflect the white inner shadow. (Figure 19b)

5. Finally, we add a shadow effect for the button: Select the projection, the opacity of the projection is set to 14%, cancel the global light, set the angle to-134 degrees, distance and size of 1 pixels, extended to 0%, the quality remains the default state unchanged. (Figure 20)
