1. What is WebService?

WebService is a Web service that is published over HTTP. Two common implementations are the WebService implemented through the SOAP protocol and the Webservivce that provide the rest interface.

The implementation can be implemented through the Web container +servelt/struts/springmvc/cxf, or through the WebService package of Springboot or Java.

2. What is micro-service?

MicroServices are Web services that are published over HTTP in the system's internal architecture.

Implementations are typically implemented with spring boot to facilitate the addition of service governance, service discovery, and load balancing.
