1. Check whether the SIM card has enabled the GPRS Internet service.
If you use the mobile data surfing function, you must activate the GPRS surfing service on your phone card. You can contact your local network provider to activate the GPRS Internet service.
II. Check whether mobile data is enabled
If mobile data is not enabled, you cannot access the Internet.
Slide down the screen curtain with your fingers and click "move data". Green indicates that the screen is enabled, as shown in the following figure.
3. Reset internet parameters
1. In standby mode, click application ].
2. Click set ].
3. Click [more settings ].
4. Click [mobile network ].
5. Click Access Point Name ].
6. Press the Menu key, click Reset to default, restart your phone, and try accessing the Internet.
If none of the above operations can be solved, you can try to create a new APN, choose application> Settings> More Settings> Mobile Network> Access Point Name, click menu, and select new APN ], enter the name (Enter the name at will), APN: cmwap (mobile card), uniwap (Unicom card), 3 gwap (3G card), proxy: 10.0.0.172, Port: 80, no other settings required, finally, press the Menu key, and then press save to save. If it still does not work, please try another card or another time period.
