Before using a 3G router, make sure that the 3G network card is inserted on the computer to successfully dial the number. If the 3G network card cannot be connected to the computer, contact the 3G carrier (it may be due to 3G signal coverage or overdue payment ).
If the 3G network adapter used is not in the vro compatibility list, the following situations may occur:
1. Unable to recognize. On the 3G status page, the system prompts "unidentifiable 3G network adapter ..."
2. It can be identified by the vro, but cannot be pulled successfully. The IP address cannot be obtained;
3. It can be identified and pulled successfully, but frequent disconnection may occur.
The network adapter is not in the compatibility list and cannot be used properly. Replace it with the network adapter that is compatible with the list.
When setting a vro, selecting the wrong carrier (mobile ISP) or manually setting the wrong dial-up number or APN will cause the vro to be identified successfully, but cannot be pulled.
Solution: Make sure that the router automatically identifies the correct carrier or manually selects the correct carrier, as shown below:
In advanced settings, keep all parameters by default. If you have special requirements, contact the 3G carrier to obtain the corresponding parameters and set them manually.
Enable PIN protection for 3G network cards. The vro can identify 3G network cards but cannot dial the number, as shown in the following figure:
Solution: Enter or cancel PIN protection. Click
Network Parameters
>>, InSIM/UIM PIN, Enter the PIN code, and clickSave.

PIN
Code protection:Insert the 3G network card into the computer and set it in the 3G client software.
Note:: If the PIN protection information is not displayed on the management page, upgrade the router to the latest standard software.
In the environment where the 3G network card is located, the 3G signal is weak or unstable, and the dial may fail. We recommend that you compare the dialing conditions in different locations, such as when you use it outdoors.
