Method 1: confirm the Security Center service settings.
Use the combination key "Win + R" to bring up the running command box, type the command services. msc, and press enter;
If the user account control window is displayed, allow it to continue;
Find the Security Center service and double-click it to open the service properties;
On the "General" tab, set "start type" to "automatic", and click "Start" under "service status;
Now, are you sure this service can be started?
If the service still fails to be started, follow these steps to enable the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and Windows Management Instrumentation Services.
After the two services are successfully started, try to start the Security Center service again and check whether the service is successfully started.
Method 2: enable the service in security mode
Press F8 to enter safe mode. (if you do not know how to enter safe mode, click here for more information ).
After entering Security mode, follow Method 1 to start the Security Center service and check whether the service is successful. If the Security Center service can be successfully started in Security mode, we can then use a clean startup method to troubleshoot conflicting program services.
