What is the problem with configure in the first step of PHP5 installation? --- Online waiting-Linux Enterprise Application-Linux server application information. For details, refer to the following section. To install apache in freeBSD7.0, follow these steps:
1./configure -- prefix =/usr/local/apache2 -- enable-so -- enable-rewrite
2. make
3. make install
4. Add PATH/usr/local/apache2 to PATH/root/. cshrc
5. logout
Install PHP5 (. /configure -- prefix =/usr/local/php5 -- with-apxs2 =/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs -- with-pqsql =/usr/local/pgsql -- with-config- file-path =/usr/local/php5)
The error message is as follows:
Sorry I cannot run apxs. Possible reasons follow:
1. Perl is not installed
2. apxs was not found.
3 apache was not built using -- enable-so (the apxs page is displayed)
