I have a lot of thoughts on this news. Currently manyProgramEmployees all want to start their own businesses and own their own companies. I think there are the following reasons for this situation:
1. programmers must understand copyright law, intellectual property law, and other relevant laws. (Of course, I do not know what laws are called by other countries in the world. It is the right to create songs ).
2. No investigation has been conducted on similar situations in the industry. As far as I know, there have been similar cases before, but they are just for some big music search companies.
3. Today, with the rapid development of network technology, record companies are still unable to resist piracy and illegal copy and distribution. Because record companies have earned high incomes by selling records for so many years, the profit model of Online Music Works has not appeared.
I personally feel that the conflict between a music sharing website and a recording company will last for a long time until a new technology or profit model will emerge one day. Haha, maybe there is a chance here, but I didn't think of it now :)
